We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through effective behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and inform treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Train and supervise staff in ABA techniques and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and patient care methodologies.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
