We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through effective behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress and ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and inform treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Train and supervise staff in ABA techniques and interventions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
• Strong knowledge of special education practices and patient care methodologies.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
