Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead diagnostic evaluations and identify specific needs for individuals with developmental challenges.
• Craft personalized treatment plans anchored in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Deliver transformative behavioral therapy sessions focusing on adaptive skills, mitigating problem behaviors, and fostering healthy social interactions.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize treatment outcomes and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to deliver a holistic treatment experience.
• Uphold the highest standards in maintaining confidential medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Empower caregivers and teammates with training and insights, making them active participants in the treatment journey.

Your Skillset & Experience:

• A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders.
• Familiarity with special education legislations and protocols.
• Deep-rooted understanding of behavioral health concepts and advanced ABA techniques.
• Mastery in diagnostics, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Stellar communication capabilities, perfect for connecting with clients, their families, and cross-functional teams.
• An organizational pro with an eye for detail, especially with confidential data.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
