Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Las Vegas, NV area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:

• Providing individual or group counseling sessions to support students with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Responding to emergencies and crises, such as bullying, family issues, or mental health concerns, to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Working closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff to develop strategies for supporting students and fostering a positive school environment.
• Connecting students and families with community resources, such as mental health services, housing assistance, or academic support programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work (BSW) or a master's degree in social work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Have at least two years of supervised professional experience in a school setting.
• Current state certification or licensure as a School Social Worker
