Our School Services Division provides a range of school support services to students in more than 100 non-public and charter schools in the city of Philadelphia.We are currently recruiting School Psychologists for the 2025-2026 school year.Full-time, 10-month positions (part-time and 1099 options may be available)Minimum starting salary $68,000Our school psychologists function within a multi-disciplinary team in their assigned school(s), providing consultation and psychoeducational evaluations as well as interpreting this information to parents and/or other professionals. As team members of CORA Services, school psychologists have access to supervisory support for clinically complex and/or legal cases, as well as access to ongoing professional trainings and conferences sponsored by CORA.All CORA team members are expected to uphold the mission, vision and values of CORA Services which includes valuing all individuals and supporting each individual’s potential for growthIn addition, as a School Psychologist your duties will include:
  • Providing diagnostic and consultative services to students, parents, school staff, and other CORA related service personnel
  • Administering a variety of psychological tests to determine needs of students
  • Conducting professional evaluations with an average of 9-10 students per month
  • Writing reports pertaining to psychoeducational services provided to students; conducting interpretive feedback sessions with parents and IEP team members concerning all psychoeducational evaluations administered to students
  • Completing or contributing to the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments for students as assigned
  • Participating in all IEP team procedures to facilitate special education placement and programming for students
  • Participating in Manifestation Determination meetings as assigned
  • Adhering to agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management, record- keeping, and accountability.
  • Contributing to regular psychology staff meetings where best practices and systematic approaches to problem-solving are discussed.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Masters Degree in School Psychology
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification in School Psychology
  • Candidates with doctoral degree & PA Psychologist license desired
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain positive rapport with students and productive working relationships with parents, teachers and other staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
