Seeking a Certified Addiction Counselor to join an Assertive Community Treatment team in Canonsburg and Waynesburg, PA, offering $21.14/hour plus mileage reimbursement.

• Provides support, counseling, and education to individuals, families, and team members regarding substance use disorders.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Evaluates physical health, facilitates referrals, and offers expert consultation on addiction and overall health.
• Participates in treatment planning, staff meetings, and may provide testimony in legal proceedings.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based services, including therapy, medication management, and resource linkage.
• Qualifications include CADC or CAADC certification, a bachelor's in human services or related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and an active driver's license.
