Job Title:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Contract Dates: ASAP Start July 2025
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday

Position Overview:
We are actively hiring a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school-based team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, contract position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by developing and overseeing effective behavioral interventions for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Supervise and support RBTs and other behavior support staff.

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

  • Ensure all behavior services comply with ODP Bulletin 00-22-05 and 55 Pa. Code 6100.348-349.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

  • Strong understanding of Pennsylvania state regulations related to behavior support.
