Job Title: Social Worker

Program: Parenting Resource Center

Location: Harlem

Salary: $50,000-$54,000 (Depends on Education and years of experience)

General Responsibilities:

CGS is looking for a Passionate & Experienced Social Worker for our Parenting Resource Center. As a Social Worker you are responsible for addressing the needs of parent(s) and/or their families, including significant others, who are faced with an unintended pregnancy or need support around parenting their young child. All staff are required to provide parenting education through the three main programs including Prenatal classes, Parenting Journey and the Incredible Years.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors or MSW
• Group facilitation experience.
• Proficient in child development stages
• Data entry experience
• Computer literacy
• Willing and able to conduct in person Community Outreach

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual/ Spanish a plus
