Job Title: Social Work Supervisor
Program: Congregate Care
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000yr (Based on experience and educational achievements)
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is hiring a Social Work Supervisor for our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) sites. This role provides clinical oversight and leadership across multiple locations, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for adolescents in congregate care. The Supervisor works with multidisciplinary teams to support youth development, family engagement, and permanency outcomes.
Required Skills:
- MSW/LMSW required; LCSW preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in child welfare, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must be able to travel among multiple QRTP sites in the Bronx and attend court or field visits as needed
Desired Skills:
- NYS Driver’s license preferred,
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
