Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Assessments: Utilize online platforms to perform psychological and academic evaluations, assessing students’ learning needs and emotional health.
- Develop Intervention Plans: Formulate and execute behavior intervention strategies to promote emotional, social, and academic development for students.
- Provide Remote Counseling: Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to assist students in managing mental health challenges and academic pressures.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators through virtual meetings to create and oversee intervention plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to student success.
- Utilize Digital Tools: Employ digital platforms to document assessments, monitor student progress, and report outcomes efficiently and effectively.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
- Valid Idaho license as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and delivering psychological services within an academic environment.
- Proficiency with virtual tools and technologies for assessments, counseling, and collaboration.
- Ability to function both independently and as a member of a remote team, ensuring compassionate and professional support for students.
