About Job

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting with ensuring the day to day operations of the residential facilities, Piney Ridge Apartments Program and Permanent Supportive Housing Program, staff training and supervision including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline; assists the Supportive Housing Coordinator with developing staff schedules and ensuring coverage of the Piney Ridge Apartments; assists with planning for weekend coverage and coverage during staff call-ins; markets the residential and housing programs to ensure programs operate at peak capacity; maintains active program appropriate waiting lists, collaborates with case management, document individual’s participation with specialized services; ensures that lawn and building maintenance for residential sites are completed; schedules, coordinates, and facilitates housing opportunities for individuals through housing development activities; help individuals secure and maintain affordable housing; provide housing advocacy and other supportive services to individuals in the Permanent Housing Program.

REQUIREMENTS 
Minimum Requirements 
M1:  Bachelor’s degree in human services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other related field)
OR
Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in Virginia
M2:  At least one year of clinical experience providing mental health and/or substance abuse services
M3:  Experience working with the mentally ill population
M4:  Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
M5:  Must meet Medicaid requirements for Qualified Mental Health Provider

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$46,005 - $80,509
5% Increase for Qualified Mental Health Professional
