About The Role

Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-life balance, especially those with chronic conditions? We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team and provide one-on-one counseling sessions to adults on their journey towards wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients’ unique needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and regularly evaluate progress.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and healthy behaviors.
• Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date in the field.
• Utilize culturally sensitive and respectful communication strategies to support clients from diverse backgrounds.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, clinical mental health, career counseling, or social work with a clinical counseling internship.
• Provisional or full licensure in Colorado to provide Behavioral Health Medicine as a professional counselor or social worker.
• 3-5 years of experience in direct support roles within human services, education, behavioral health, public health, vocational rehabilitation, or similar fields.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Full licensure in Colorado to provide clinical behavioral and mental health counseling.
• Experience providing one-on-one counseling in a telehealth setting.
• Experience working within models of psycho-social and medical aspects of disability.
