  • Providing up-to-date information on community resources to help staff and clients
  • Assisting with annual agency evaluations and preparing reports on marketing effectiveness

  • Establishing professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other medical professionals
  • Performing other related duties as needed to support the agency’s mission

What’s In It for You?

  • Competitive salary with bonus structure and mileage reimbursement

  • Paid orientation & training, paid holidays (as applicable), and accumulating sick leave
  • Company matching (up to 3%) IRA account
  • Spot bonuses through our employee recognition platform
  • Additional benefits for employees working 24+ hours/week, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, and vacation accrual

At We Care Home Health, you’ll be part of a team that values your work, your voice, and your commitment to our mission. Together, we make a difference—every single day.
