We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and professional development activities
- Support clients in achieving treatment goals and long-term success
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of practice
- Experience providing therapy to couples and families preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care
