Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily service lane and customer relationships
Write accurate repair orders and explain recommendations
Communicate with technicians to keep work moving
Provide timely updates and a professional customer experience

Qualifications

2+ years as a Service Advisor/Writer in a franchised dealership
Experience in high-volume environments
Strong communication, organization, and technical understanding
Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, ADP, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
