About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking Health & Life Insurance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing insurance agents, with a strong focus on delivering training in both English and Spanish to support a multilingual workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on health and life insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements
- Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs for agents
- Provide Spanish-language instruction and support to ensure understanding across diverse teams
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and job aids
- Coach and mentor agents to improve sales performance and product knowledge
- Ensure all training aligns with federal, state, and company guidelines
- Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback
- Support licensing preparation and continuing education efforts
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of experience in health and/or life insurance training or sales
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with virtual training platforms and learning systems preferred
- Active insurance license (Life and/or Health) preferred or required (adjust as needed)
