Behavior Support Group (BSG) is seeking passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. BCBAs will provide school-based Conjoint Behavioral Consultation services designed to help transform classrooms, strengthen school teams, and improve outcomes for students with behavioral and developmental needs. We also are seeking BCBAs for afterschool/ home programs.

Responsibilities

  • School-Based Consultation
  • Conduct classroom observations and behavioral assessments
  • Develop practical behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Support schools in improving classroom systems and behavioral structures
  • Provide professional development workshops, coaching and modeling for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation planning
  • Collaborate with school administrators, CST teams, and related service providers
  • Help create positive, supportive, and sustainable learning environments
  • Train staff on evidence-based behavior strategies and classroom management systems
  • Analyze behavioral data and provide actionable recommendations

Afterschool/Home-Based ABA Services

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Maintain timely documentation and insurance-related requirements
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with students with autism and behavioral challenges
  • Experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments
  • Passion for helping educators and students succeed
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to schools/home cases as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in special education or school consultation
  • Experience training teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and classroom-based behavioral supports
  • Experience with severe behavior and crisis management
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
