Success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with a parent within the opening moments of a conversation. This position suits someone who thrives on outreach, maintains disciplined follow-up, and can articulate a new educational model without depending on scripts. If you shy away from phone-based communication or prefer positions lacking measurable performance indicators, this opportunity will not align with your strengths.
Novatio School operates as a virtual, tuition-free public charter school that serves students through a distinctive model. Core academics are completed in a concentrated time block with AI-supported learning, allowing students to dedicate the remainder of their day to real-world skill development through projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for families considering this educational alternative.
Your weekly responsibilities include responding promptly to new inquiries, shepherding families through the admissions process, and advancing them from curiosity to enrollment. You will also attend local events on behalf of Novatio School to generate leads and raise awareness within your community. During slower enrollment periods, you will support school operations while remaining prepared for upcoming intake cycles.
If you seek a position where your communication ability, follow-through, and personal accountability directly influence student enrollment outcomes, we are interested in speaking with you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and beginning admissions discussions by phone
- Describing Novatio School's virtual model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible language
- Maintaining steady follow-up to advance families from inquiry through application to enrollment
- Recording all interactions in a CRM with precise notes, next steps, and pipeline status updates
- Planning and conducting local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new leads
- Allowing inbound leads to remain uncontacted while you focus on administrative tasks
- Adhering to rigid scripts or functioning like a high-volume call center agent
- Participating in events passively without actively engaging or generating leads
- Devoting most of your time to back-office tasks during periods of active enrollment demand
Transform new family interest into qualified, informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School.
Basic Requirements

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital lead tracking tools
