Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Green Bay, WI. The BCBA will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based practices, training and supervising staff, educating parents, and monitoring client progress to ensure the effectiveness of intervention programs. Collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals is essential.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Strong foundation in Psychology and related principles
  • BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and team members
  • Previous experience with children with autism or related developmental disorders is a plus
  • Commitment to maintaining certification and ongoing professional development
