We are a locally owned, therapist-focused clinic seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you are looking for a workplace where you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, KCA may be the right fit for you.

We understand that burnout is a real challenge in this field, and we have intentionally structured our program to help prevent it.
- Manageable caseloads that allow you to focus on quality care (approximately 8-10 clients)
- Built-in time for programming, supervision, and administrative responsibilities within your schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (close at 4PM on Friday)
- No nights or weekends
- Onsite-only role to support RBTs in real time

Our Approach
We are a comprehensive early intervention center focused on helping children with Autism reach their full potential through:
- Evidence-based ABA practices rooted in verbal behavior
- Family-centered training and support
- Collaborative, interdisciplinary care
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA) and complete reports
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs (approximately 10 clients)
- Analyze data, update programs, and create materials as needed
- Provide weekly RBT supervision, observation, and training
- Conduct weekly parent training sessions
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and IEP meetings as needed
- Occasionally support community-based sessions (as needed)
- Mentor and support RBTs pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Collaborate with other professionals across disciplines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification and LBA (or eligibility)
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of ABA procedures and techniques
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
