About the Opportunity

Eutis Staffing is currently seeking qualified mental health professionals for an exciting opportunity at a correctional facility in Canon City, CO. We are looking for compassionate and experienced clinicians who are dedicated to providing mental health and rehabilitative treatment services in a structured environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate treatment needs and risk levels
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
• Document treatment interventions, progress notes, and evaluations
• Provide consultation and continuity of care recommendations
• Maintain safety and security standards within the clinical environment
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Assist with program development, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support therapeutic interventions and behavioral management strategies

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
✅ Active or candidate-level license in Colorado preferred
✅ Candidates must be working toward licensure
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in correctional or behavioral health settings
• Experience providing sex offender treatment services
• License eligibility as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

• Excellent interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to maintain safety and professionalism in a correctional environment
