Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are recruiting for a remote therapy role that keeps the focus on direct client care. This is remote therapy for a clinician who can hold both the individual story and the wider relationship context. The role is full-time and remote, with client care delivered through a secure telehealth setting. You will be part of a care model where clients can access support from home while receiving professional clinical attention.
Responsibilities
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, or family-related concerns as assigned
• Track progress and adjust treatment goals when client needs change
• Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate
• Support clients with communication, conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors
Requirements
• Active Missouri LMFT license in good standing
• Comfort providing therapy through secure telehealth systems
• Strong documentation habits, professional boundaries, and a private workspace for remote sessions
• Ability to help clients explore relationship patterns while keeping care practical and respectful
• Sound clinical judgment and comfort managing a full-time virtual caseload
