SCN Intake Coordinator

Overview

We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and professional individuals to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a professional office environment.Hours:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with clients
• Collect and organize required documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate client information
• Explain available services and eligibility requirements
• Follow up with clients regarding missing paperwork or updates
• Work closely with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior office, intake, case management, or customer service experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Pay: $24.50 - $35.50 per hour
