Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Position Overview

Paramount Health LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor and designated license holder for behavioral health services in North Dakota. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician interested in helping build and oversee a growing behavioral health organization focused on community-based care and clinical excellence.

The selected candidate will play a key role in clinical oversight, supervision, compliance, and program development within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency’s clinical supervisor and license-associated clinician
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavioral health staff
• Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Support compliance with North Dakota Medicaid and behavioral health regulations
• Assist with policy development and quality assurance processes
• Support staff training and clinical best practices
• Participate in agency growth and program development initiatives

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in behavioral health, community mental health, or rehabilitation services preferred

Preferred Experience

• North Dakota Medicaid behavioral health services
• Clinical supervision and staff oversight
• Community-based mental health programs
• Compliance and quality assurance experience

Pay: $43.12 - $57.11 per hour
