Job Summary

Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients’ developmental goals
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments
- Use behavioral therapy techniques to teach new skills and promote positive behavior management strategies
- Support clients during therapy sessions in various settings, such as homes, schools, or clinics
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of client records
- Collaborate with team members to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages learning and emotional well-being through patient care practices
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral health practices is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for teaching, data collection, and collaborating with families and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions
- Experience assisting with special education or behavioral health interventions is advantageous but not mandatory
