A full-time contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students across grades K-12, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) levels. This position is based in a school setting in Hurricane, UT, offering a dynamic environment to deliver essential psychological services.
This contract runs through the end of the current school year, with a strong possibility of renewal. The role requires an active State School Psychologist License to provide assessments, interventions, and support that promote student success across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Support school staff in implementing behavioral and academic interventions
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active State School Psychologist License
- Experience working with students from elementary through high school ages (K-12)
- Ability to work full-time, 30+ hours per week, five days a week
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
