A large nonprofit behavioral health organization in the Cleveland area is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join a growing crisis services team within a newly developed recovery-focused behavioral health campus. This organization provides integrated behavioral health, addiction recovery, primary care, and community support services throughout Northeast Ohio and is known for its mission-driven, patient-centered approach to care. The new crisis recovery program is designed to provide immediate stabilization and support for individuals experiencing psychiatric or substance use emergencies in a compassionate, recovery-oriented environment.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about crisis intervention and enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced behavioral health settings. Therapists will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment and recovery plans, provide individual and group counseling, assist with crisis stabilization, and coordinate referrals to ongoing community services. Providers work closely with psychiatric staff, nurses, peer support specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to help patients transition safely toward recovery and long-term support.
The organization is hiring across multiple levels of licensure and offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, per diem, day, evening, overnight, and weekend-only opportunities. Candidates should be comfortable supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health or substance use crises and have strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
