Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Fayetteville, NC

Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Fayetteville, North Carolina (28301–28305) region and surrounding communities.

We are expanding ABA services throughout Cumberland County and are seeking a BCBA who wants a clinician-first environment focused on quality care, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral assessments

• Develop and supervise ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs delivering services in-home and community settings

• Parent training and caregiver support

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming

• Maintain NC Medicaid and insurance compliance documentation

• BCBA seeking lower caseload stress

• Experience in ABA therapy (home or clinic-based)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
