Neurostars is a small, local, clinician-owned company seeking Senior Developmental Support Specialists to join our team.
Neurostars serves clients aged 1–17 in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized support plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
- Support clients in developing communication, adaptive living, social, and self-advocacy skills.
- Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and clinical supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
- Applicants nearing these qualifications may be considered for related positions.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between client locations.
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
