For BCBA's who are residents of GA,
Our early intervention practice offers us a large morning and daytime client base M-F than any other agencies in GA. We also continue with clients into school age so afternoon and weekend schedules are available.
We are currently seeking BCBA's for telehealth for all of GA. Currently, in person roles are not required, but this may change if GA medicaid laws present a mandate for hybrid model services as many states have recently. Working hours are available according to family and bcba preference. BCBA's choose which clients and which hours of their week to accept cases.
We're happy to accommodate whatever is most comfortable and have full faith that your experiences here will be financially stable, ethical, supportive of learning, and collaborative in a friendly and open way with our TEAM MODEL ABA PROGRAM which includes collaboration on each careplan with ST, and OT's , and a mentoring environment with the many experienced BCBA's on our staff. We work in a team model so that all possible strategies are available to us as we develop these plans of care and save children time.
ST's evaluate each child before ABA begins to rule out any structural or functional issues with speech and feeding development. Ongoing input from speech therapy strategies continues. OT is the provider who helps the child manage the neurological symptoms of their medical condition, so that they can feel most organized and ready to participate. Most toddlers have been managing their medical symptoms alone.
The BCBA's are the supervisor of the case and responsible for the individualized learning plan and the ongoing education of the child's caregivers for best possible outcomes and advocacy as our children begin school.
Our supervised candidate program draws higher commitment level hiring pools and our rbt employees and other certified and licensed supervisors enjoy a friendly, teaching and mentoring work culture.
Compensation and Schedule
Full-Time positions are available annual salary , hourly salary, or contract. Salary BCBA position with benefits full time starting at 113,700.00. Hourly salary positions are flexible in terms of billable hours per week as long as a commitment of 20 hours or above is met. Contract is also available for semi-full or full time from 80.00 to 100.00 per hour pay rates.
