We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.Our supportive, collaborative environment offers flexible full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses. BCBAs will conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, train behavior technicians, and communicate progress to families.Requirements include a valid BCBA certification, experience with ASD, and reliable transportation. Benefits feature manageable caseloads, health insurance, 401K, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and travel up to 25%.Schedule is Monday to Friday with some weekends; annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000.
