FWSP (Tutor) Residential Advisor - Upward Bound

This FWSP Tutor/Residential Advisor role involves providing in-person academic tutoring and supervising approximately 30 high school students in a residence hall for 6 weeks. It includes organizing activities, transporting participants, maintaining discipline, and serving as a positive role model. Work hours are 20-25 per week, with room and board provided during the program. Candidates must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours undergraduates), have completed 50+ college credits, a minimum 2.50 GPA, and hold a valid driver’s license. Experience working with adolescents from diverse backgrounds and previous TRIO involvement are preferred. The position requires physical capability, with accommodations available per ADA standards.
