Resilient Enterprises is hiring a Community Outreach & Fundraising Assistant to support live fundraising events, nonprofit campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. This is a full-time entry-level position with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals interested in nonprofit outreach, event marketing, fundraising, communications, and public engagement. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach promotions
• Engage with the public and educate supporters about fundraising initiatives
• Assist with event setup, donor engagement, and campaign coordination
• Support fundraising and marketing efforts through face-to-face communication
• Work collaboratively with the outreach and event team
