The Family Services Counselor supervises children in programs like Kids Zone, Club Y, and Summer Camp, ensuring their safety and engagement.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining attendance and supervising activities tailored to children's needs and abilitiesCommunicating effectively with parents regarding health, behavior, and injuriesAssisting with family events and implementing curriculum activitiesFollowing safety procedures, completing incident reports, and participating in trainingEngaging in aquatic activities and supporting program goalsQualifications include at least 17 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with children, strong communication skills, and First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days. Bilingual skills are a plus. The role requires outdoor work, physical activity, and adherence to safety and background screening protocols.
