Job Title: WTP/TWO Site Integration Support
Location: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)-Hanford Field Office (HFO) in Richland, WA
Citizenship: US citizenship required
Salary: $150,000.00 -$200,000.00 wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on years of direct applicable experience, skillset, educational background, relevant management/consultant experience and geographical location.
AttainX, Inc. is in search of a skilled and dedicated individual for site integration support for our government client, DOE, for the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Project (WTP) Direct-Feed Low-Activity Waste (DFLAW) and Direct-Feed High-Level Waste (DFHLW) Integration.
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA (or AA, MS, MBA, PhD, etc.) degree in engineering, science or business management or alternatively eight years of experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree 14+ years of directly applicable successful experience consulting or contributing on complex projects, including providing strategic, management, technical or business assistance to significant projects or programs in a senior capacity and/or as a consultantKnowledge of DOE policies and proceduresExpert level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities and prioritiesExpert level knowledge of DOE program and project management practices, policies and procedures including experience in managing complex nuclear projectsFamiliar with operations, maintenance, training programs or processes in a nuclear facilityPreferred Qualifications:
- Executive experience with direct interface with client senior managementFamiliarity with, or ability to quickly learn and utilize, various technology management tools used at HanfordExceptional communication skillsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and WordExpert writing skills, proven experience in supporting programs and projects with analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordinationKnowledge of the following DOE Orders/StandardsDOE O 422.1, Conduct of OperationsDOE O 426.2 Training, Qualification and Certification RequirementsDOE O 425.1D, Verification of Readiness to Start Up or Restart Nuclear Facilities
Job Duties:
- Assist in managing and integrating activities across the Tank Operations Contract (TOC) contractor, the WTP contractor and Hanford site‑wide infrastructure and services necessary to execute DFLAW and DFHLW mission objectives.Manage organizational interfaces and integration activities across Hanford site contractors.This includes resolving technical issues, supporting programmatic oversight and maintaining effective contractor‑to‑contractor interfaces necessary for the tank waste treatment mission.
