Job Summary
The basic job responsibility involves scheduling all services for the technical staff and generating all necessary service orders and work orders; QuickBooks and Smart Service experience is a MUST to fulfill this position. Routine maintenance is the lifeblood of our company, and it should be carried out diligently. Daily responsibilities include:

· Scheduling and generating service orders for the technical staff for maintenance, demand, or construction projects.

· Maintaining the service office scheduling to ensure work assignments for each technician are posted at least three days in advance of their individual service call date.

· Managing technical staff to ensure they arrive at the shop and leave for their scheduled jobs on time. Moreover, 7am start time for this position is nonnegotiable to meet with the technical staff each morning.

· Assisting technicians in acquiring service reports and parts for their job assignments.

· Ensure technicians report calls in when complete with their primary work assignment.

· Service-related part discovery and ordering. If parts are required to complete a project, obtain cost estimates from various vendors before ordering the parts to facilitate price discounts.

· Complete and thorough review of service reports; including work hours, parts used, motels and meal cost, legibility, and inclusion of any additional documents such as time and mileage sheets, etc.

· Process received service reports turned in by the technicians.

· Administrate, delegate and monitor service RFIs.

· Gathering and inputting of calibrations.

· Monitoring maintenance contracts, renewing them on time, and ensuring that the renewal has been received.

· Writing new maintenance contracts for customers who are not a part of our service program.

· Weekly meetings with ASC team to coordinate upcoming week(s) schedule

· Initiate meetings to discuss service-related problems identified by the technicians while performing their job assignment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
