$3,000 sign on bonus half paid after 30 calendar days & 50 program hours and the rest after 180 calendar days & 300 program hours.
Quarterly Productivity Bonus
Earning potential $97,500 up to $111,250 annually (based on a 37.5 hour workweek commitment.)
