Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Support crisis intervention and promote positive school environments

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
• Active VA DOE Certification
• Active VA Psych Licensure
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations
