Licensed Therapist (LCPC/LCSW)

Relevé Counseling seeks a Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW) to join our outpatient practice. This role is designed for clinicians who want a consistent caseload and predictable income without the administrative burden of running their own practice.

Clinicians are paid for every session they hold, regardless of insurance reimbursement outcomes, creating a stable and reliable compensation model.

In addition to session pay, clinicians are compensated for required team meetings at the same per-session rate. We also offer a time off stipend, recognizing the importance of rest and balance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews/updates in a timely manner on the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Provide therapy/counseling sessions to assigned clients weekly, or as often as medically necessary.
• Complete and sign case notes in EHR weekly.
• Perform case management duties for clients assigned to caseload (schedule sessions, maintain communication with clients, communicate with third parties as needed, maintain/update forms in EHR).
• Maintain confidentiality as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Attend scheduled team meetings.
• Attend scheduled meetings with clinical supervisor.
• Maintain up to date liability insurance.
• Maintain required CEUs for licensure.
