At ExperCARE, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional care with a smile. We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who will be the friendly face that welcomes patients and the detail-oriented team member who keeps our clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and make them feel welcome

• Prepare and copy prescriptions, school, and work notes

• Schedule appointments and verify pre-certifications when needed

• Notify Lab/X-Ray staff when patients are ready

• Keep charts organized and labeled correctly

• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines

• Support providers, nurses, and teammates whenever needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

• 0–2 years of medical terminology experience (2–4 years preferred)

• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude

• Organized, accurate, and able to multitask

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Word

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
