Salary Range:
LCSW: $85,000 – $100,000+ per year (Based on experience & open to negotiate) + Benefits

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate LCSW to support children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting. This role involves working closely with families, schools, and care teams to provide high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Perform crisis intervention when needed
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active LCSW license (New York)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience with children/adolescents
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be enrolled in NY state Medicaid & Medicare program
