Psychiatrist Full Time
As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
No prior TMS or ketamine experience required - training and support provided.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
The Role
• $300,000 base salary + incentives
Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+
• No call. Ever. Outpatient-only practice
• 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio - exceptional clinical and administrative support
• Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week)
