Position: Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) and Registered Behavior Technician

Come join a team of passionate, professional, and dedicated Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts whose mission is to improve the lives of children with autism. At Prime Lifetime Services, LLC., every one of our team members is empowered to be creative and to build meaningful, individualized relationships with clients in order to make the biggest impact. Our Behavior Technicians work one on one with learners affected by autism spectrum disorder primarily in our Merrimack, NH clinic and also in their homes and communities.

Team members can expect to receive individualized attention to their training and education needs, coaching for continuous professional development, and support through academic programs related to behavior analysis.

The Behavior Technician position is part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Work one to one in our clinic
  • Collect data on communication, social, and behavioral programming
  • Utilize principles of ABA in all interactions with clients
  • Assist client in development of daily living skills (including personal hygiene)
  • Follow a written behavior plan
  • Implement discrete trial training procedures
  • Attend and participate in all training sessions
  • Communicate confidentially and professionally with clients, parents, and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate data and professional session notes
  • Maintain clean physical workspace and keep materials organized
  • Other duties as required

Therapeutic Qualifications

  • Works independently
  • Manages crises effectively and safely
  • Works with a variety of learners with patience, empathy, and flexibility

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required

Other

  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Time management skills that include showing up to work consistently
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Comfortable utilizing electronic devices such as tablets
