Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or clinic setting.

  • Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

  • Track client progress through accurate data collection.

  • Collaborate with families and team members.

  • Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Pay Range: $22 – $29/hour

  • Full-time or part-time roles available

  • Flexible shifts tailored to your availability

  • Service Area: Boyds, MD (20841) and surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Reliable transportation for local travel
