What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs, BCaBAs, and therapy staff
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with treatment teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
• Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification required
• Wisconsin Behavior Analyst license required
• Experience working with children and/or adults with behavioral needs preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and actively engage with clients throughout the day.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
