What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs, BCaBAs, and therapy staff
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with treatment teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification required
- Wisconsin Behavior Analyst license required
- Experience working with children and/or adults with behavioral needs preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and actively engage with clients throughout the day.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
