Objective: Attendee should be able to understand the process of patient care cycle including scheduling, intake, check-in, rooming, checkout, processing orders, preparation and submission of service claim to guarantor, obtaining reports of tests and uploading to EHR.

Application & Selection Process:

Interested candidates should submit an application. Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview/appointment.

Candidate chosen will attend a 2-week training period. At the completion of training, candidate may be selected for immediate full-time employment.

Onsite Training:

• Duration: 8 hours per day for 2 weeks
• Stipend: $50 per day (paid at the end of each attended day)

Objective: Attendee should be able to perform supervised patient care cycle completion including scheduling, intake, check-in, rooming, checkout, processing orders, preparation and submission of service claim to guarantor, obtaining reports of tests and uploading to EHR

Job Offer:

Pay: $20 per hour ( with quarterly raise of $2.00 / hr based on performance)

Requirements:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient practice management and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Manage medical records and EHR systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate budgeting and fiscal management to optimize clinic resources.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide medical administrative support as needed.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with medical terminology and standards in all clinic activities.
