About the Role

As the Program Director, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing outpatient behavioral health services for both community and residential populations. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering collaborative relationships to meet the diverse needs of the populations we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage outpatient behavioral health programs for community and residential populations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Develop partnerships with industry leaders, community resources, and referral sources.
• Oversee financial operations of the outpatient program, including budgeting, in collaboration with administration.

Qualification You Will Need:

• Licensure: Current Louisiana RN or LCSW/LPC licensure preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
