What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted independent license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in good standing.
• Accepting either Full-time or Part-time therapists. This will be a 1099 position.
• Hybrid model: Mondays and Wednesdays are in office and any other days would be telehealth.
• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder experience preferred, not required.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A passion for helping clients achieve personal growth and healing.
• A demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and identities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for child care facilities. This screening includes state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the applicant has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, all direct care applicants are required to complete a health evaluation or physical prior to beginning service to confirm they are fit for duty.
• Ability to conduct telehealth sessions (reliable internet connection, personal computer and phone).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapies, including behavioral therapy and psychotherapy, to address various mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support patients through telehealth sessions when necessary.
• Stay updated on clinical research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation:

• $60/session – Your earning potential for full time work ranges from $83,000 to $135,200 annually, depending on your number of chosen work hours. This flexible structure allows you to control your income, increasing it as desired or reducing it as needed. We offer significant earning opportunities and are committed to supporting your preferred client caseload.
