Clinical Therapist - Foster Care Program
The ideal candidate must reside in the Southern/Middle TN area of the state: Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, Bedford, Coffee, and Cannon counties.

in partnership with Greystone Foster Care, has a long history in providing comprehensive behavioral health care services to at-risk youth struggling with extensive mental health issues. Greystone Foster Care recruits foster parents and offers the training to be equipped to provide a safe, stable and therapeutic environment for children and youth that have been removed from their homes. Our training prepares staff and foster parents to support children and youth as they begin the healing process. Our therapeutic foster parents link children and youth to hope, healing and trust.
Greystone Foster Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Clinical Therapist to add to our growing team. This is a hybrid job blends remote work and in-office position with occasional requirements to report to the facility. This role requires full-time dedication and must be flexible to include weekends and evening work.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide in home therapy services for level 3 youth in the foster or birth home at least once per week.
- Within 30 days of placement, develop Master Treatment Plans upon admission and updates in conjunction with the treatment team.
- Meet/Greet new admits within 24 hours of admission.
- Conduct Psychosocial assessments with youth upon 72 hours of admission.
- Coordinate activities to ensure that treatment plan goals and objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and appropriate clinical records and other required information.
- Complete discharge planning to include recommendations, approval from guardians, and at times, arranging discharge plans.
- On-Call Rotation when needed by the facility to meet the requirements of all governing agencies.
- Collaborate with other staff in coordinating therapeutic services.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Three to five years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Maintain procedures to build effective relationships with families and agencies.
- Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency and make independent decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid state Driver's License
- Automobile insurance with verification of medical liability.
