Licensed Behavior Specialist(LBS) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)

In this vital role, you'll lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Duties:

• Design clients' roadmaps by Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing IBHS-compliant Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, and the client's specific strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
• Provide compassionate training & supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers in regards to behavioral therapy techniques
• Educate families and caregivers on behavioral health strategies, fostering a supportive environment for growth

Requirements

• Current PA Licensure: Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license .
• Advanced Certification: BCBA certification is strongly preferred (or candidates actively sitting for the exam).
• Master’s Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education. Expertise: Experience conducting FBAs and navigating PA IBHS regulations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
