In this vital role, you'll lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes, and allow children to make steady strides towards a brighter future!
Duties:
- Design clients' roadmaps by Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing IBHS-compliant Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, and the client's specific strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
- Provide compassionate training & supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers in regards to behavioral therapy techniques
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral health strategies, fostering a supportive environment for growth
Requirements
- Current PA Licensure: Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license .
- Advanced Certification: BCBA certification is strongly preferred (or candidates actively sitting for the exam).
- Master’s Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education. Expertise: Experience conducting FBAs and navigating PA IBHS regulations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
