Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our ABA service programs with passion and precision. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of behavioral therapy services, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs. Your leadership will drive program excellence, foster collaborative relationships, and promote positive outcomes for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive care plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Supervise and support behavioral therapists and staff in delivering effective behavioral health interventions focused on behavior management and skill development.
- Oversee data collection processes meticulously to monitor progress, inform treatment adjustments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate services that support clients’ overall well-being and daily functioning.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, including behavioral records, treatment notes, and progress reports in accordance with medical terminology standards.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient care, confidentiality (HIPAA), and medical records management.
- Facilitate ongoing staff training in areas such as special education strategies, teaching methodologies, medical terminology, and behavior management techniques.
Qualifications
- YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN AN ABA MASTERS PROGRAM WITH 9 HOURS OF COURSEWORK COMPLETED and/or be a BCaBA
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong background in behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Demonstrated ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and implement behavior management strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing data collection efforts and maintaining accurate medical records.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
